GSA OASIS

Compass Systems is one of 40 awardees of GSA’s One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services – Small Business (OASIS SB). OASIS is a Government-wide indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) task order contract, and Compass Systems award contract is for “Pool 6” (NAICS 541712 – 1,500 Employees) supporting the Research & Development of Aircraft. The scope of work is intended to provide agencies with total integrated solutions for a multitude of professional service based requirements on a global basis that can include both commercial and non-commercial items.

GSA Alliant

Compass Systems is a subcontractor on the GSA Alliant prime task order. The task is referred to as “RRTS” (Rapid Reaction Technical Support) where the scope of work supports the Rapid Response Program Office (RRPO) at NAWCAD, in providing planning, research, analysis, material, prototyping, proof of concept demos, system and SW engineering and integration, system T&E, system development, system security, and system training support.

AMCOM EXPRESS

This contract for the US Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM). Expedited Professional & Engineering Support Services (EXPRESS) uses a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) on the GSA PES and MOBIS Schedules to provide advisory and assistance services to AMCOM and its customers with Federal Supply Schedule contractors in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation. This contract also provides technical support for Aviation and Missile Research, Development, and Engineering Center (AMRDEC), the Program Executive Offices (PEO), and allies for fielded Army aviation and missile systems. Compass Systems is currently a small business sub to 13 different prime contract holders.

SPAWAR DS Pillar

Compass Systems is one of 13 prime contract holders for the Decision Superiority (DS) small business set-aside program. SPAWAR issued a series of MAC IDIQ contracts covering a wide range of services and solutions associated with the full system lifecycle support including research, development, test, evaluation, production and fielding of sustainable, secure, survivable, and interoperable Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (C5ISR), Information Operations, Enterprise Information Services (EIS) and Space capabilities.

SEAPORT-E

The Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, Military Sealift Command, and the United States Marine Corps compete their service requirements amongst 2400+ SeaPort-e IDIQ multiple award contract holders.
